The Weeping Willow tree

I drive past a piece of open ground on my way from Rivonia to Fourways everyday and it's a beautiful spot to stop and take photo's but I'm a bit weary as it's quite dense in some sections so this particular photo was taken with me sitting at a red robot using my 12 x optical zoom and the beggar on the side of the road with a very confused look on his face.
I actually would love to take a photo of him too but I think it's a bit rude, maybe I should ask him and then slip him some money (okay maybe that isn't appropriate either :) )

Oh I love those trees. As a child we used to try to swing on the branches... well my name is Jane (you, know the Tarzan thing) ;)

It;s such a shame though we have to be careful where we can go

That's gorgeous!!
I've been very tempted to take photos of the beggars too, but I'm also very wary. LOL! I can just imagine the look he gave you.

There’s something different about Weeping Willows. They seem to add a sense of exoticism and mystery wherever they are planted. I think its best to plant a weeping Willow near a water source as not only do they require a lot of water, but also bring out the
best in the landscape with their drooping branches skimming the water surface.
